Lead Morah

Mrs. Chaya Katz

Early childhood educator

Mrs. Katz brings many years of experience working with young children in early childhood settings. She has been teaching within the local community, where many children are already familiar with her classroom, and has developed a reputation for maintaining a calm, organized, and well-structured environment.

In addition to her work locally, Mrs. Katz has previously taught at the Pre-1A level within an established educational setting. This experience allows her to guide children through the transition into their first year of Cheder with clarity and consistency.

Her classroom approach is steady and structured, helping children feel comfortable while learning to function within clear expectations.

Two trained adults present at all times. Transitions, play, and learning are all consistently guided.

סֵדֶר

Consistent management

The same approach, expectations, and rhythm from morning through dismissal — no surprises for the child.

לֵב

Individual attention

A small class with two Morahs means each child is genuinely seen, known, and supported throughout the day.

Program Support

Beyond the classroom.

In addition to the classroom staff, the program is supported by experienced members of the community who are available to assist and guide families throughout the year. Families have direct access to those involved in the program, allowing for clear communication and ongoing support.
