ברוכים הבאים
Cheder Menachem of Inverrary serves families in the local community with a single, carefully built Pre-1A class. The program is designed to give children a proper start to their first year of Cheder — in a structured, steady environment, guided by the values and approach of established Chabad educational institutions.
חֲנֹךְ לַנַּעַר עַל פִּי דַרְכּוֹ · גַּם כִּי יַזְקִין לֹא יָסוּר מִמֶּנָּה
Train a child according to his way; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.
In Chabad chinuch, this stage is understood not only for what a child learns, but for the steady approach to learning, behavior, and routine that he or she carries forward.
Our work at Pre-1A is to build that approach quietly and consistently — so the child arrives at first grade prepared, settled, and ready to grow.
Alongside structure, the environment is warm and respectful — allowing each child to feel comfortable while being guided with clear expectations.
A consistent rhythm to the day. Children learn what comes next and settle into the routine.
Clear expectations, clearly given. Each child understands what is being asked and is set up to succeed.
The same calm direction, day after day — the approach found in established Chabad מוסדות.
At the Pre-1A stage, the program focuses on establishing strong foundational skills within the core curriculum. English language skills are introduced at the appropriate stage in a child's development, based on guidance from experienced educators.
Both bring extensive experience in early childhood education and have worked with children at this stage of development, within both local and established educational settings.
